Google Drive integration bug (duplicated entries)

    We have about 15 forms integrated with Google Drive and in the most part the process works fine but one form does something odd. Normally, when a client places an order a folder with their name a file upload is automatically created in our Google Drive. However, whithin the last 24 hours three of the submisions we received created about 30-50 duplicate empty folders in our Google drive with the client's names on them. The only way we could stop the uncontrolable file creation was by logging in to JotForm and deleting the clients from the submissions list.

    Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?

    You can try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-integrate the form with the Google Drive from the scratch.

    If that does not help, please let us know, so that we will be able to forward a bug report ticket to our Developers.
