I would like to customize the Pending ACH emails.. I don't see a spot for this in the form builder.

Please note that this is an email sent automatically to notify you when a customer's payment is pending from your form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize this notification. If you can provide us with more information why it is required to customize the email so that we can send a feature request to our backend team for evaluation.

    Thanks!

The autoresponder says a "donation" was submitted. The form is not a donation form.

My customers do not know who jotform is since we paid to have branding removed.

It would be good if Jotform could make this form more generic and incorporate reference to the form that was submitted in a dynamic fashion.. or simply allow it to be customized.

This auto email essentially breaks my ACH payments because I don't want new client to receive and question the security/integrity of my website as I wished jotform to work silently in the background.

    Regards,

We have escalated a bug report regarding the "donation" word in the Stripe verification emails.

We will let you know once it is fixed.

Your inquiry about the email customization has been moved into a separate thread:

    It will be updated shortly.
