Make form background transparent

I know I have done this before but cannot figure out how to make my form slightly transparent so that the background image shows through.

The screenshot below shows how you can do that with your form.

You need to change the value of the A (Alpha) in RGBA to any value below 100 where 0 would mean that the form would be completely transparent. The image above shows what setting it to 40 would look like.
