I want to use the pdf filler for intake form ( I don't need any data analysis ). Do the people that fill out the intake form have to have adobe and how do I get the responses back? email?

If the form is having the Submit button, the form can be submitted normally from the PDF form so that the data shall be stored in your account and you may view the submissions of the form. If the form is set with a notification, an email shall be sent normally.
