    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Changing form url from http://form to http://www should fixed the problem.

    From:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/20863573090151"></script>

    To:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.us/jsform/20863573090151"></script>

    If the said issue still persist, please try to clear browser cache and cookies.

    Fixed now.

    We had a cache clear API issue with out CDN provider. We have now pointing all form* domains directly to our site. So, the updates should be instant now.

    I'm having the same issue, but mine is a secure form, so not sure how to change the url:

    The issue should be resolved, I was able to see the latest version of your form

    Can you please clear your browser cache if you are not able to see it still?

    my site is using https://secure.jotform.ca i suppose there are issues with this URL?  The updated form is not showing.
