    Hello, I took the time to look into your forms and everything seems to be mapped correctly but what's causing this is that your recipient email address is listed in our bounce list with this message:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"5.7.1 Your email was blocked by Oceansid=e Glasstile's Spam filter. If this is a legitimate email message, please co=ntact our Technology department directly at 760-929-4097, so we can remove =the block for you. Sorry for the inconvenience."

    As you can see from the message it only means that our IP address has been blacklisted by your email server or provider. You can't receive email notifications unless our IP address has been removed from your list. If your provider allows you to unblock an IP address you can fix this easily. However, I can't guide you on how to do this as each system has their own way of doing it so there will be no general way.

    A reason why we got blacklisted is because your provider is probably imposing a limit to number of emails/hour policy and you did get a lot of new submissions and probably reached the limit policy of your provider. Most email providers impose a 50 emails per hour policy.

    You may contact your provider as stated from the message to unblock us from your email server. If you have any further concerns, please let us know. Thanks.
