Jotform to Zoho data is not passing through properly. See screens below.
I have all fields mapped in this form to fields in Zoho. I save the form again and go fill out the form in the site and only partial data is coming through.
Here is screen shot of mappings.
Here is screen of input from the form into Zoho, despite filling out all fields. You are welcome to take a look in my account to troubleshoot. This is really problematic. I also tried cloning the form and reembedding into the page and that did not change the results either.

Now it is losing the mappings I setup.
Here is screen:

I remapped all the fields and then cloned the form and the cloned form has lost all the mapped fields.
When I went back in to the form that I cloned for the new form, the mappings are half gone as well.
This is a very frustrating problem. I've spent about 5 hours today trying to get this to work and it has failed over and over for different reasons. Please address as soon as possible.

Hi captiva, I just filled out your form, can you confirm that you have received my test and the information that was saved.
I am looking at your form, is it possible that the form fields that are not being saved or transfered are ones that are not a required field in your form so the user is leaving them empty?

Your form data came through, but not the data in zoho and as I stated in my previous post, the tests I did, I filled out all the fields and the data did not come through. Here is the email from jotform with the fields you filled in and then the data in zoho from your submission. As I stated above, Jotform keeps losing my mappings. I go in and map all the fields and then it loses the mapping after I save it. See the screens in the previous post.

Are you getting the same results when you test the form in the preview feature in your account profile?
- captivaAnswered on February 20, 2013 at 04:56 PM
I'll test it, but I don't think it will matter since Jotform is losing my mappings every time I save the form.
- captivaAnswered on February 20, 2013 at 05:07 PM
Here is a video of what I encounter when I map the fields, save the form and then come back into the form and look at the mappings. You will see that half of them dissapear. Testing preview wont matter if field mappings do not save. Please let me know if you are going to be able to address this.
Here's the link again. Dropbox gave me a bad link first time.
This form uses conditional Show/Hide fields and is multi-page with page breaks between sections of questions. You have my permission to go into the account and look at it if you like.

When I clone your form and integrate it with my test Zoho account it is working better. There is a chance that the problem is related to the cloned integration settings. Please do the following:
2. Login to the JotForm.
3. Open, the 'Clone of Seminar at sea application for sales intro email 2/2013 - Ramon Santos all' form in the form builder.
4. Remove the integration, and then re-integrate it again.
If that does not make any difference, we will escalate the problem to our Developers.

Didn't work. Cleared everything out and then followed instructions. Removed the integration and then added it back and saved it. Closed the form and then reopened it and have the same problem. Only half the mappings are holding. Please let me know as soon as possible on this as I have thousands of emails going out to our clients list and will have to manually enter all the data from registrants. Already getting responses and trying to keep up while spending most of the day trying to troubleshoot this issue.

Hello captiva. I have made some tests and it appears now that the issue is fixed already. To ensure that your custom fields are integrated successfully, please ensure that you have only to a maximum of 28 characters for your field labels in Zoho.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.

Hello again captiva. I received an update that you can now write questions for your Zoho integration labels up to 228 characters. Simply reintegrate your form with Zoho and it should work fine.
If you have further questions, please do let us know.
