Password reset link expiring

Good morning- 

When resetting the password to account using info@frontierwaste.com - the link expires before we can get to it. Since that's a general email, it gets forwarded to my boss, then forwarded to me. I got to it within 10 min, but it was still expired when I clicked. How long does it last? Could we get one that lasts longer or could you send one to this email: ktrevino@frontierwaste.com

Hello there. The password reset link expires within five minutes. You must use this link in this time frame. If you are able to log in, you can reset your password from your profile settings page.

Thanks, Alan. We got to it within the 5 min, but it is still saying expired. Is there a customer support number that I could call? Thank you, Katie

Sorry for the confusion. I think I must fix something. I noticed that the password reset links do not expire after a specific time. When you create a new link, the old one expires. I have checked your last password reset link(dated 2019-05-20 13:47:19). It was active.

I just tried that link and it still shows as expired.

This is not the latest one. You have requested two other reset password links after that within one minute. Please contact your boss and request the latest password reset link which is sent on 2019-05-20 13:47:19 EST.
