I tried however, in the form designer I'm not allowed to paste the CSS code in the designated area...is that because I'm using a mobile device?.

Also, what if I need several of these pop ups on one form?

Were you referring to this Form?

I have saved the CSS in the Form Designer in the desktop version.

Which mobile app(old version or the new version/Android app or iPhone app) are you using?

I was able to replicate in JotForm Next which is the newly launched app where the save button cannot be seen in the Form Designer that is the reason where the user is not able to save the CSS.

    Please confirm us.

Let me escalate this to our development team. We will keep you posted on the updates.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for your response.

So yes I'm referring to the modal pop up box referred to. I'm using an android device and I access jotform via google chrome.

I explored your option of using the "Jotform Next" app and managed to have the CSS codes pasted and played around a little with the colors etc. It works well. So thanks a lot for your input.
