Unable to preview the PDF submissions emailed from my HIPAA form.

I recently upgraded the security of my email through GoDaddy and now am unable to preview the PDF submissions emailed from Jotform, which are encrypted and HIPAA compliant mails.

I'm also now unable to forward the password-protected PDF to my clients.

Is there a workaround here? GoDaddy Office 365 mail support is telling me it's an issue from Jotform's end.

    Thanks!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try deleting the notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Then create it again: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

Finally, enable the PDF Attachment feature again: https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-to-include-submissions-as-PDF-attachment-in-the-email-notifications

Let us know if that helps.

That didn't fix it. It's probably worth mentioning that I'm unable to open or preview any of the encrypted forms being sent to my email now from Jotform (there's not one single form that's giving me a problem--none of them work). It's a matter of Jotform's encryption not being recognized by desktop Outlook.

It worked before I upgraded my email to be more secure through GoDaddy.
