My Account - Billing

    Hey there, 
    We signed up last month for an annual silver plan but when I go into my account it says "Subscription expired. Please try reactivating your subscription." I'm wondering why that is? Did we have a free 1 month trial that is now up or something? If so, I'm wondering why it didn't just bill us automatically after that first month. 

    I'm happy to reactivate our subscription but just want to make sure we aren't being double charged.

    Hi

    I believe I had set the account to Silver when we had received a request to potentially set up an Enterprise account.  I had forgotten to remove the test upgrade so I believe it prevented any other subscriptions from being set up.  I set the account back to a Free account and you should be able to upgrade to whatever subscription you'd like.  If you have any questions, let me know and I'll be happy to help.
