Embedded form is getting stuck on "please wait" and does not submit.

    I embedded my webform on my website but when I tested it, the submit button just says "Please wait..." and the submission never goes through. I previewed the webform in my account to test and submission went through fine.

     

    Why isn't the embed form working?

    I have been testing the form on your page and I can see the issue, upon checking further it seems like the form is embedded within an additional iFrame code which is not added from JotForm:

    Here's the error that appears on the browser's console upon trying to submit the form:

    I would recommend you to kindly try a different method to add the code to your site, from JotForm you can get the iFrame code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    If you're using a website builder, you may use contact support and ask them how you can embed the code on your page.
