Sending forms through Mailchimp

Can I create forms have them appear in a Mailchimp email? If so, how? I went through the Mailchimp integration process already, but don't see a way to have my forms appear in the email.

You can embed a form in MailChimp email using the iFrame code or the full source code of the form. However, it is generally not a good idea to embed forms directly in emails because majority of the email service providers might mark them as a security risk. There are a few other issues like formatting, design and limited functionality which make embedding forms in emails not a preferred route. It is better to share the URL of the form.
