What is "Order ID is missing" after submitting the payment form?

Please help! 

Finally got the form looking good (I'm a newbie) and the Paypal linked, but now when I test submit, it says "Order ID is missing from the order submission"

How can i fix that?

I checked the payment field in your form and it's not connected with your Paypal Checkout account. You must connect it to your Paypal Checkout account since you're using Paypal Checkout payment field. This should fix the problem.

Your form https://www.jotform.com/91338733520152 is still not connected with Paypal checkout when I check it just now. You must have a Paypal business account to use Paypal checkout.

Can you re-upload the screenshot directly in your thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1829681? We need to see if your Paypal checkout field is connected with your Paypal account.

Thank you for your help. I don't think that is it. It clearly says that it is connected.

More over, 2-3 days ago I actually was not connected to Paypal and the error message was different. That is not it. i google the question about the form id missing and it said something about embedded something or other, i have no clue what that means, but hopefully you can help!

I have checked your form and currently your PayPal checkout Integration is not connected to your PayPal account.

To connect to PayPal kindly click on the Connect with PayPal button and then a pop-up window will show. You would have to enter your PayPal Business email address.

Once your email address has been verified, you would need to login to PayPal.

Then the integration will be connected to your form and PayPal account.

You will know you are connected when the PayPal Checkout connect button says "Connected as Admin".

Hi- I am now at the point where I am potentially losing sales. I checked
everything again last night, linked everything and tested it (sent an
actual payment) and now today it still says "Connected" but as you can see
a customer received the same message...
Please help!!!!!!

Hello! I'm trying to register two of my children for a week of summer camp
but I'm having issues getting it to go through on the website. I enter
everything and then when I hit submit, it says ORDER ID IS MISSING. Not
sure how to fix that? Can you point me in the right direction? Or is there
a form I can fill out manually and either mail a check or give you credit
card info?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

Make sure your form users click on the PayPal Checkout button before they submit the form.

Once they have cleared the transaction in PayPal they will receive this message.
