    You mean the Form Notifications settings? If yes, do that by;

    1. Edit your form

    2. Click "Setup and Embed"

    3. Click "Email Alerts"

    4. A small window will pop down, click on the "Notifications"

    5. A medium size window will popup, click on "Switch HTML Mode" button;

    If not, please let us know.
