How to setup a confirmation email when someone submits my form?

Is there a way Jotform will send someone a confirmation email of a sign up(volunteer positions for a summer swim team)?  

Did you mean, send a confirmation email to the user submitting your form? If so, you can achieve this by setting up an autoresponder.
