Why am I unable to log into the Quiz app?

The quiz app looks great, however it won't accept my login details.  Am I doing something wrong?

It takes me to a new screen, and asks to click open quiz app.  Then it denies my password.  Changing the password did not rectify this issue.

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

I have just checked your account and it seems to be correct, I would recommend you try doing the following: 

- First log into your account following this link: http://jotform.com 

- Go to the Quiz app on this link https://quizform.jotform.io, this should recognize your session and it should allow you to authorize it and select any of your forms. 

If the problem persists, let us know. 

Thanks for your prompt assistance.  Unfortunately this did the same thing.  It says it is successful however then returns to the login request (as per above attachment).

Any other suggestions?

Could you please try clearing the browser cache? Also, please share which browser you are using.
