How do I cancel my form?

    Hi,


    I added JotForm earlier and I do not want to use it any longer. It is https://form.jotform.com/jsform/82865705284163


    However I cannot see the form in my account anymore - how do I cancel it? Thanks!

    The form embedded on your web page is associated with a different account soumendub registered using a different email address hou******jasa****eb@gmail.com.  This account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription for the other account, please login to that account and downgrade the account to free in the billing section so that the subscription shall be cancelled at the end of the current subscription period.
