form is not working correctly in mobile view

    my forms aren't working correctly on mobile. When you populate one field, the form jumps to the bottom. Impossible for anyone to fill out. Mobile Wi

    May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

    I have tested your form using my iPhone 7 and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    Thank you for your response. I have done a lot of tweaking to see if I can fix it so maybe I was able to do that. I will continue working with ATT to see if I can get it to work correctly I am using an iPhone 6

    I thought I had it fixed, but it’s still happening. Could it be because of the auto fill feature on the phone?

    May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

    May we know what field to fill so that we can replicate the issue?

    I deleted the embedded iFrames from my site and now just made links directly to the forms on my website

    I’m glad you’re not having the problem, but some people definitely are!
