How to avail of the non-profit discount?

    Hi I see under your pricing structure you offer a reduction of 50% for qualifying groups? As A parish Council working for the benefit of the community I beleive that we qualify  and I would like to put in a claim for a refund if applicable

    Please can you advise me on how to do this please

    I have checked your account subscription and you're subscribed to Silver Yearly. If you want to avail of the non-profit discount kindly apply at this link:https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    Once approved you may upgrade your subscription with the 50% discount.

    Let us know at this thread if the application has been approved so that we can check if a pro-rated discount is given as well as possible refund.

    Dear Customer,
     
    The application is approved and the 50%off rate is available in the account. In order to take advantage of the discounted rate, we cancelled the current Silver yearly subscription, effective at the end of the current billing cycle July 23rd.

    After that, you may go ahead to upgrade the account, at a discounted price.

    I have checked your account and you're scheduled for a downgrade. To clarify, do you want to cancel your subscription or upgrade to a 50% discount?

    Kindly try to upgrade to the plan you want, when you upgrade your subscription it would be prorated to the remaining time unused in your current plan.
