File Not Found (404 Error Page)

    Hello,

    I need some help accessing some files that were attached to one of our forms, which is our current job application form.   Two recent candidates attached a resume but it is no longer available.

    I am wondering if this is related to a payment issue?  I recently started as the IT Administrator here replacing Shane Rodriguez.  I thought he told me we (CCS) were paying $20/month for Jotform.  I see we are on the free account now, so I could use some assistance getting these issues resolved ASAP!

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have tried checking for the file and it seems that it is not uploaded correctly. As we tried to reupload the file, unfortunately, the file is not available in the server. We request you to get in touch with the user to upload the file or submit the form again.
