Looking for sharing form

My son passed away last year and wanted us to share his story.  He has many friends who have great stories about their friendship with him that we want to incorporate into a book.  I would like to have a page that opens up with all the stories listed as they arrive.  The idea is to encourage participation and share his life with others while they contribute their memorable moments during his life with them.  I would need to preview those posts before going live.  It is important that everyone who participates can see the other posts as encouragement.  We want to keep this private so we get the most open reflections possible with Jhaysonn.

Could you please let me know if there is a Muse template you may have that can fulfill this purpose?  If not can you recommend something please?

    Blessings, Kieron.

    Hi Kieron,

One thing you could do is set up like a comment Form. Once the form is submitted you would be able to see the submitted data on your account through the submissions option. So you will be the only one to see this information. We don't really have a form that can be set up to show all the previous stories or comments on the form it self, so other users can see all the comments/stories as they are filling it out.

We also have Facebook comments and Disqus comments widgets available to add to your form, that might meet your requirement.
