I don't receive emails when the form is submitted?

    I have checked your form and email notifications.  I only see an email process sent to innomaisela[at]gmail.com and it was sent successfully.

    Yes, i do get emails on my gmail account but not for bigmedia account. Please can you help me with that.

    I see, is the notification that has the bigmedia email account just very recently created? Please do try making a new submission so that we'll be able to see an email log process going to your bigmedia account.
