Notification email is missing required fields

    When Yes is the answer to the attached screenshot question, the Name the competitor field should show, but it is not on this submission at all. How can that happen when I've set the condition and it is a required field? Plenty of other submissions have worked without this issue, so why now?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you please try creating a new notification and test submit your form? If the issue persists, could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?
