How to populate fields with data already entered on a form?

I would like to be able to repeat data such as company name on other parts of the form.  For example if a customer fills out their company name at the begginning of a form I would like to have that company name automatically appear in another field in the form.  See below:

If they filled out their company name at the beginning of the form as "ABC Contractor",

then the form would automatically fill in the blank later on in the form.

Thank You ____________ for contacting us.

You can achieve that using the UPDATE/CALCULATE FIELD conditional logic, please refer to the guide below.

    Guide: How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

However, if you want to get data from another field using the text field then you need to use the unique name of the field you want to get the data from.

I still do not understand how to do this.  I would need to pull info previously inputed by the user and put it into a sentence.  I would need the previously filled out field to show up in the middle of a paragraph of text.  For example:  In the form the customer filled out their company name field as ABC Logistics.  Then later on in the form I would have a paragraph of text and in the middle of the paragraph I need to be able to auto populate the company name they filled out.

Thank you for doing business with Computer Crusher.  We acknowledge that we received equipment from __________ (auto-populate company name).  In the future please consider our services for any of your locations.  We are assisting other customers in a global atmosphere. .......etc

How would I have the company name auto-populate in the middle of the sentence and what form element would I use to input the text around the auto-populated field?

    Hi @thecrusher24!

If you want the name of the company that was filled out at the beginning the form to be auto-populate to the paragraph at the end you can do so by adding the name of the field in between the text. Below there is a screencast of how you can do this.

    Using your example:

"Thank you for doing business with Computer Crusher.  We acknowledge that we received equipment from {typeA} or {Company Name} (Depending on the name of the field).  In the future please consider our services for any of your locations.  We are assisting other customers in a global atmosphere ..."
