I'm trying to set up a simple form that accepts donations via PayPal. Our organization has a PayPal account, but for some reason the connection via Jotform is failing. Why isn't it connecting?
Thanks -
Yes - integrated with donation option, but this is what users see: "loading smart payment buttons...". What am I missing?

I checked your form and apparently, your payment is integrated with donation option:

This is about the same question: When I tried to complete the form, I got this error message:
There is a problem with the payment integration. Can you help me with this?

Hi @dweinapple!
Please make sure you finish setting up your PayPal Checkout integration before proceeding. Click on Payment Settings (the Wand button)>Connect with PayPal. Please follow this guide to make sure PayPal Checkout is set up correctly on your form.

I followed the How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout guide step by step, in live mode. Connected successfully:
I input a donation amount and then still get "Order ID is missing from the form submission". I don't understand why it's not working.

Ah! I ended up googling the error message, and found this page: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1825841-Order-ID-is-missing-when-form-is-submitted
Turns out you have to click on the paypal checkout button AND make the payment field a required field. It works!
