How to see submissions on online builder

Hace unos días les envié un correo informando de que se estaban colocando datos no requeridos en el campo "Acuse de recibo" del formulario "FORMULARIO JUST EAT_Q2_2019. Me respondieron que lo estabán mirando con su desarrollador per seguimos con el mismo problema.

Adicionalmente, hoy estamos teniendo problemas con la descarga de fotos.

¿Que esta pasando?

I checked the submissions page from my end and there seems to be nothing wrong with the photos. Please try downloading them again. You may also try to see your photos through the field given below from My Forms page:

                                          

For the other problem, the ticket's been filed.  Our developers are looking into it. They'll let you know when there's an update about the situtation.
