Hi,
When I look at the submissions report for my form, or at individual submissions, I can see a 'Tags' field. However, there is no 'Tags' field in my form. How do I adda Tag to a submission (I was planning to use this field after the form is submitted to indicate which orders are 'paid').
Also - alternatively - is there a feature with Jotforms to track manual payments, outstanding balances and to capture partial manual payments?

To clarify, are you referring to the inbox submission?
You may add tags to a specific submission by clicking on add a tag. An option would show or tags that are created already.
You may create your own tag and press the enter button to create it.

To clarify, are you referring to incomplete payments or forms without payment Integration?
We can track incomplete payments. Submissions in which the form user did not complete the payment in the payment processors page.

Thanks for the explanation about where to find tags. I looked for ages but couldn't find them.
Regarding the partial/unpaid payments, I'm talking about if I don't have online payment set up (I can only take offline payments as none if the gateways are suitable for my country, so I need to know how to rdcord and report on partial payments and outstanding balances).

To clarify, are you able to find the tags in the inbox submission? Go to your My Forms, select your form and click on Inbox.
To clarify, do you want to know if your form user partially paid or has a balance on the transaction?
If you don't have a payment integration, you can only view the submission data in the submission page.
Can you please share to us how your form works?
Do note that JotForm doesn't process any payments.
Hope this information helps.
