PDF Document will always come with an error message, no matter how many times it is recreated.

    I made a new form, designed a new PDF template to receive the results in a PDF file.

    It doesnt matter how many times I make the template, make a copy of it, save it as a different name.  Even when I dump my cache and select the proper template in the email settings - I still get an error in the PDF results.  This has been going on for weeks.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we can not trace back the root cause of the issue however we can see the error is being shown due to a deleted File Upload field.

    We would kindly ask you to create a new PDF document for your form and repeat your design.

    Please note that duplicating a problematic PDF document or applying a broken template (like in your case) might not solve the problem. The safest way it to recreate the PDF document.
