e.g. send 25 emails, only 10 respond.  Well it let me know who hasn't responded?

I get that you are sending emails with the form link to users to fill and complete. Now you want to track how many respond and actually complete the form with respect to the total emailed number. Is that right?

If so, you can check that from the Form Analytics feature that is available against each form. You can select the form from the My Form page, click on the More drop-down and select Form Analytics.
