When my form is emailed it shows my name as the sender and not my company. I changed it in my profile to my company name so I don't know why it is still sending in my name? And the subject line that gets sent to the recipient is not what I have it programmed to read as in Settings

I tested it on my end and the settings were displayed correctly.
I changed it in my profile to my company name so I don't know why it is still sending in my name?
You should change the FROM NAME to your company name, see my screenshot above.

Thanks for your reply. Why doesn't my "History" show that I have emailed the form?

Yes, email history only shows related to submissions or your responses to your user's submissions.
I am sending your requirement as a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. We cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any time frame for implementation at the moment. However, once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.
