Cloning forms is not working.

I am trying to clone a form and it is not working. I even tried deleting a few forms in case there was a limit to the number of forms. Can you help? Thanks!

Can you please share to us the form URL you are trying to clone? Also, please try clearing your form cache https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache and try again.

I was able to clone the form URL that you provided and it works on my end. As I checked your account, you already maximized the allowable forms that can be created. I suggest to delete at least one form then try cloning the specified form URL again.

Hope this resolves your concern.

 

I had already tried deleting unused forms and that did not work. How many
forms are allowed in this account? This form is under the Unlitho account
which is a paid account. Please let me know and thank you!
