Unable to open the file attachments.

Hey there, could you help to check why the attachment is error when i click the link?

my customers sent the form with the attachment, but when we click the link they're error page as per attached..

Please go to your account settings and disable the Required login to view file uploads. Alternatively, you can make sure that you logged into your account before downloading the file.
