Twitter and youtube following didn't get me 10 submissions

    hello,

    i tried to get more submissions by the page "get more". 

    after i followed jotform on twitter and youtube,i didn't get 10 submissions.

    i provide the screenshot.

    The GetMore credits should be increased automatically with the social networks. Could you try unfollow from the Twitter and YouTube and then login to your JotForm account using a private/incognito window to follow again on Twitter and YouTube to see if that works?
