    Please check the bounce list

    Jotform,

    You run a great service, but whenever I have a problem is stems from the Jotform bounce list. In the past, the Jotform system determined our emails to be invalid and stopped forwarding the notifications. To fix it, it takes a Jotform staff member to clear us from the list. This happens enough that I know it is the routine.

    I currently have a form (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/3361516384) that is providing notifications on and off. Sometimes we receive notification. Sometimes we don't receive notification. This differs from the past. Further, I have not modified or made changes to my form prior to this issue.

    I did try to update the from/to fields in the notification setup following some instruction provided by jotform last week, but frankly the instructions aren't very clear and the issue seems to have gotten worse since I've first contacted Jotform.

    Please advise.

    I have checked all the email addresses that was set in the form notification that you have provided.

    None of the email addresses are included in our Bounce List.

    Have  you tried Whitelisting Jotmail IP Addresses?

    I've whitelisted previously.

    Why would we sometimes receive and sometimes not receive with just one form? It doesn't follow the normal path of error.

    Hello I've gone ahead and doublechecked all of the emails but none are in our bouncelist. Your form appears to have the proper setup. 

     

    Result: wiebkingw@xxxxxxxxxx is NOT in the bounce list
    Result: broomed@xxxxxxxxxx is NOT in the bounce list
    Result: admissions@xxxxxxxxxx is NOT in the bounce list

    So I've decided to test your form furthermore along with submitting to you a test submission which I included my own email address on your form to test it which it came through.

     

     

    Could you please confirm with us on whether the Email Notification came through to you or not? You may want to refer to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues which may help you with some issues of your emails not coming through to you.

    Please let us know if you are still having issues.

    I've received the test.
    Does it help if I told you the forms that I did and didn't receive? Maybe
    you can see a pattern. The issue appears restricted this one form.
