Paypal payments not processing

Hello.  I'm getting alot of customers having issues with their payments & song submissions not going thru.  Can anything be done to fix this?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I test submitted the form in your website to test the PayPal submission payment.

But so far I was not able to encounter issue with the submission. I was successfully redirected to the PayPal screen to complete the actual payment.

Abandoned or not completed payments in PayPal should be recorded the Incomplete Payments box in your form Submissions page.

Can you also please elaborate further on the issue reported by your users.

Was there any error message shown when they encounter the problem?

Did they actually made successful payments in PayPal and yet there was no record in the completed submissions in the submission page of your form?

It will help us investigate on the issue thorough if you can provide us more clear details about it.
