What file size and format is best for applicants to upload their resume?

    Good Afternoon,

    I am currently using JotForm on my companies website for job applications however I have had more than one applicant reach out to us stating that they are having issues  uploading their resume. I have reached out to my website host and they said their is nothing they can do on their end would you be able to help?

    The upload fields on your form currently allow the files attachments up to 10 MB in size and in the following formats:

    pdf, doc, docx, xls, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif

    You can control these limits if you have access to the JotForm account that holds the form.

    The settings seem to be fine. It should not be an issue to upload the resumes (e.g. in PDF, DOC, DOCX formats up to 10 MB).
