Forms not working properly on mobile

    Hi,

    I am working with a client who is using your forms on their website. While the form looks good on the computer, some of the fields are unselectable on mobile. Also, when on the phone at the end of the form we have a link to pay the application fee, it works on the computer but on the phone, I am getting the error shown in the screenshot below.

    I have been checking the forms in your account and I cannot find a widget that may be causing issues, may you please kindly provide us the form you're referring to?

    Also, please provide us more details about which are the fields you cannot fill on mobile, you may provide us the exact label as you see it on the form, it would be helpful to know which device and browser you were using to test the form so we can test on a similar device too.
