Need help figuring out why our forms aren't updating.

    I just updated a form -- -- however, my updates are not showing up. A co-worker has had this same issue several times before, and he suggested that I change the "form" part of the URL to www. I did this, but the updates still did not show up. We've also had to have our cache cleared on the JotForm side, which temporarily worked. Any suggestions for a permanent solution so that all of our forms display correctly?

    Our developers are doing their best to resolve this issue but in the meantime I've cleared your cache. Please confirm that the updated form is in fact being displayed at your location. (Clearing your own browser's cache might also be necessary to see the update.)

    I realize it's a bit of a hassle to have to notify us each time you see that your form(s) is not updating but until we fully resolve the issue, that would be the best route to take. And it's a pleasure to help our users however best we can.

    Could you clear the cache again? I've cleared my browser cache, and I'm still not seeing the updats. I've also tried embedding the code with no success in seeing the updates.
