You did not provide any video. I inspected your form and it has only one Input Table field. I tested the form on iOS iPad and on Macs using different browsers and the Input Table field is working.

If your issue is related to the size of the first dropdown filed, let us know and we will inform the issue to our developers.

even on your screenshot you can see that the module on the left and right does not take up all the space available. To much white space - it would be useful to use the space better. That was not my main concern. I have the video here and the screenshot as the presentation looks on my monitor: https://d.pr/i/n36Pvc

As far as I understood, your main concern is the width of the input table column. Multi line question field in the Card forms: Increasing the row limit to five instead of four. Image 10In your video, you are using the input table field. But the width of the field was too small.
The input table field is fit with multi-column options. Multi line question field in the Card forms: Increasing the row limit to five instead of four. Image 21I think the multi-line questions field is more useful for your purpose.

Thank you for your feedback signal. Yes, the field is too small. It does not take the place it could have. And there are also scrollbars in the iPad version. (BUG?) You can see that on the screenshot above. For my taste something is not working properly and I wanted to draw your attention. I have taken the Multiline Field in the original form that I actually use. But it's exactly as you built it. I need 5 fields (monday to friday) but now and the last row has to share two fields. Which is not very nice and does not fit well on smartphones. Would the table take the place that is there then the problem would be solved. It's a pity that this is not custom CSS - I could sometimes manage it myself in such cases.

We are appreciated with your interest. The scroll bars in the iPad may depend on various reasons. Which model did you test with? Multi line question field in the Card forms: Increasing the row limit to five instead of four. Image 10Like you noticed the multi-line field has four rows. I think our developers did this because of some layout purposes. But I am reporting your request to our backend team. They can check it.
Also, did you try the radio button option in the multi-line field? Multi line question field in the Card forms: Increasing the row limit to five instead of four.
