Is it possible to make all text print out in the submission PDF?

We have put our application online but when it submits some of the text does not print out nor does the company logo. The text is important since this is where they are signing their name at the end and agreeing to the terms of the application. I would like the submissions to print exactly what is on the form. It's mostly correct on the pdf but the logo at the top is not showing up there either.

Hi Rob,

You just need to enable the option Show Headers and Text option in the Submission page. Please check the guide: How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF
