Editing Notes in Form Without Sending Out Email

    Good afternoon,

    In our form, we have included a hidden notes section for our therapists to take notes on what they did to help the client in therapy.

    Although it is strictly for medical reasons, we do not want our clients to be able to read what we write in our hidden notes.

    However, since we require the clients to provide an email address on the form, they receive an email regarding the hidden notes when we add them.

    How can we make this not happen? How can we add hidden notes to a form without an email being sent out about it?

    Hello,

    There is an option for email notifications to specify if email should be send when submission is edited to add notes. I have checked your form and see that Autoresponder email is not 'sent on edit', so your users should not receive emails with notes you added:
