Form not showing up in website

    I am trying to use the embed code for my contact form in my website.  It has always worked but since WordPress went to the new block format it will not work correctly.  I tried the plug in and it brings the code for the form in perfectly but I only get about a half inch of the form to show.  

    How can I get the entire form to show up like it used to?

    Could you please share the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded?

    It seems like this is your site, but I could not find any form embedded in the Contact page: https://www.condorfunding.com/contact-us/

    Please try embedding it through the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    I tried a different type of form from a different website and it worked perfectly so I have to believe it's the particular form that no longer works.  I am using a draft page to figure out the issues before I put it on the actual contact us page which is why there is no form on that page. 

    I'm going to create a new contact form and see if I get different results.

    I have checked your website that my colleague, BDAVID, linked in his reply above and I am now seeing a form under the Contact Us tab.

    Is that the new Contact Form that you are referring in your last reply or that was the old form that is now working?

    Yea, this is a new form and it is working. The issue apparently was with
    the old form. I recreated another version of that same form and it still
    did not work. This one is fine.
