My email is registered/not registered

    Hi,

    I am hoping to upgrade to the Premium, but seems like I cannot access my account under the email of katie@elegantees.com

    Anything I can do?

    Hi there,

    Login is via username, not email.  Your message was sent while you were logged in ( you are currently logged in with the username elegantees5 ), so I'm not sure that I understand your problem.  Can you see your Account Settings page and your My Forms list?  To get to your settings, scroll down to the bottom of the My Forms page and click Account Settings.  You can update your email address and password there.  Apologies if I have misunderstood your problem, please get back to me if that is the case.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for your quick reply. I originaly set up my account using katie@elegantees.com (I can't remember the user name), but then it suddenly became deactivated for abuse/phishing. I'm not sure what I did to get it flagged... 

    But I wanted to keep using jotform, so I created a new account using elegantees.com@gmail.com. 

    However, I prefer to use katie@elegantees.com. Is there a possiblity I transfer my email to katie@elegantees.com

    Hello Katie,

    Your account was autosuspended for phishing. I'm not sure what the cause is but looking at your forms, I found one which appears like something that would trigger our phishing filter to suspend your account.

    Anyway, as far as I know, you can still use that same email for your new account. Follow the instructions provided by Daniel, and you're good to go.
