update username

    I would like to change my username to TravelServices please don't change it without letting me know

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you're under the Bronze Monthly(    I-UNN73M5EKP2H). Unfortunately due to your Payment processor which is PayPal, we cannot update your username directly.

    You would have to downgrade back to free before we can update your username.


    To cancel your subscription, you can follow this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    Once you have canceled your subscription in PayPal, kindly contact us at this thread to process any possible refunds and downgrade the account to free.

    So I downgrade to a free account, and then what?  I sign back up after username is changed?  Will my pricing be the same when I sign back up?

    Unfortunately, you're subscribed to PayPal monthly I-UNN73M5EKP2H  and the only way to update the username is when you downgrade back to Free pan.

    You bronze pricing of $19.USD will not changed when you downgrade and upgrade your account.
