You can still edit form data if you haven't submitted it. My suggestion is to add Preview before submit widget so users can go back and edit the data before they submit the form.

What I’m tying to do is be able to have my employees open multiple forms and work on them completing a few pieces at a time prior to submitting them when they’ve got all the information needed to complete the form. They need to be able to start multiple forms at the same time and be able to go back and update them with all the information as it becomes available. When they are able to complete the form that when I want them to submit it. Thank You for your help.

You may try to setup your form to save and continue using sessions.

    Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Then you may share the edit link so that they can edit the submission.

You may also try to setup an approval flow process, in which an email would be sent to your employee to complete a form.

    Hope this information helps.
