    Error opening certain uploaded files

    For 2 of the 20 or so submissions we've received on a form, we're having trouble accessing the uploaded files via e-mail. The links within our e-mail notifications return unstyled XML as seen below. I notice a few other posts with similar problems recently that have been resolved, but we are still unablet to access the files this way. I can log into JotForm and access them via the submissions manager, and they are fine in Google Drive as well. But e-mail is the most convenient way to access those files.

    I would also note that both of the problematic submissions included at least one uploaded file with a hyphen in the filename.

    Hi,

    Good day! This issue has already been resolved by our developers but unfortunately, old email links won't work, you will need to access them via your form submissions page. Are you experiecing this to your form(s) new submissions?

    I'm getting the same "accessed denied" error message both on notification email and the form submission page. on several forms people need to upload 5 files, usually 2 of the 5 are fine, the other 3 are "accessed denied.

    Any suggestions?

    @corcorance, as from what my colleague Welvin said, this issue has already been fixed by our developers. New submissions on the email will work but old links on the email will still not work but by going to the submissions page, you can retrieve your files there.

    If you are still experiencing this error please give us the form ID and the link URL to the file you are trying to download so we can have a better look. Thanks.

    Hi Ardy & Welvin,

    A submission made at 2013-02-23 16:09:57 is throwing the "access denied" error message. When I click on the links on the submission page I still get the "access denied" error message. The form URLS were submitted in another forum post (private due to the nature of some of those forms).
