Unable to receive the notification emails and the submissions

    Hi, clients have submitted their forms, but I haven't received anything. It doesn't show up in my submission folder and am not getting emails either. But they get their completed emails. They have screenshot them to show me they have.

    As this was your last edited Form so I checked the logs and noticed that the emails were successfully sent from our end.

    If you could share the screenshot of the user's email where he has received the email so that we can take another look to it.

    A bunch of clients have messaged me and said they sent it, but its not showing on my end.

    We understand sir and we are very sorry that your clients are experiencing this.

    Before forwarding this thread to our development team we wanted to confirm if you have embedded the Form in any website? If yes, then please share the website URL.

    I have made a test submission in your Form https://www.jotform.com/submissions/91268600695261 and could see the submission in the dashboard.

    Could you please confirm with the user that how are they making the submission whether they are using their desktop or mobile so that we could get a trend on how the issue is occurring.
