I had a PDF form with fillable fields which I uploaded thinking that people could fill in the form in it's original format.

    When I added it to the contact tab on Facebook, the form is there and it can be fille din but there is a big green tab that says "start filling" , , and when you click on that, the format changes and it doesn't make sense . . . Is there any way to direct people to fill in the original form and email it ?

    It looks like that you have used our new PDF converter tool to import the fillable PDF form. Please note that the imported fillable PDF form shall be converted to an online form and you may redesign the form in the build section after importing it. 

    The fillable PDF form displayed when the form is loaded is only a preview and form cannot be submitted unless the fields are filled after clicking on Start filling. 

    If you want your users to submit the form using fillable PDF form, you may try using our new PDF editor to create a fillable PDF form.

    So basically your answer is "no" . . even if I upload my already designed form with fields, the original format won't be available to fill in and submit . . .

    Unfortunately, the answer is no. However, you may try creating a fillable PDF form using the new PDF editor

    Hi Kiran. . .  I gave up trying to use my own PDF form after learning that even Adobe couldn't do what I wanted . .  lolol.


    So I took your advice, and have already had 3 inquiries through Facebook.  I'm veryr impressed . . . this is so easy to use and I can even edit the form (when I spot a spelling mistake) from within the email notification.  This is brilliant software . . . thank you.
