I am still getting my important emails going into Spam with Outlook

    I am still getting my important emails going into SPAM. I have followed all the instructions, they are in my contacts, I have written many different filters and said not spam and checked never send to spam and a few make it into the inbox, but some end up with headings that indicate they are both in the inbox and SPAM at the same time when they are actually in SPAM. I am out of ideas and really frustrated because these are important emails. If I move them to the inbox, I do not receive them in my outlook app. I forward them out of spam and then I have them but this is a daily struggle. HELP. Nancy

    Hi Nancy,

    We are sorry for the issue and the inconvenience this has caused you. 

    Since you have mentioned Outlook, I think the problem is with the app itself, and not your Gmail filters unless you also see emails from Jotform marked by Gmail as spam when you go to Gmail website. Also, as far as I know, Gmail filters do not work well with Outlook.

    I need to know your username or the form that is sending emails to your Gmail and ends up as Junk with Outlook. I searched your email address through our dashboard and email logs, but I cannot find anything. 

    In the meantime, I would suggest reviewing the following link and add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender list in Outlook app.
